Klass to get families in shape

TV host Myleene Klass has devised a series of fun-filled exercise activities aimed at helping families stay fit.
Myleene and frozen food firm Birds Eye have created an exercise routine that families can do together before their evening meal.
The 32-year-old mother-of-one, who is now the celebrity fitness expert for the company, will demonstrate how people can get 100% out of life with the "pre-tea active challenge".
The challenges consist of "100% Hula", "100% Dance", "100% Skipping" and "100% Ball Games".
Birds Eye has chosen 100 families to take part in the challenge. The families will be supported by a panel of experts in three areas.
Myleene will talk about leading an active lifestyle, dietician Amanda Ursell will give tips on healthy eating, and psychologist Tanya Byron will assist with family life.
"My Birds Eye Pre-Tea Active Challenge gets the family together before teatime for a few minutes of simple and fun exercise," Myleene said. "I love to hula. So pick up your hoop, shake those hips and start hula'ing for 10 minutes every day like me."
