Spitfire 'lovely jubbly' for actor

Sir David Jason got feathers flying when he was invited to inspect a vintage Spitfire at a Gloucestershire air show.
It was a case of "lovely jubbly" for The Only Fools and Horses actor as he took to the wing of the stationary fighter plane, which was showcased at the Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford.
Four other Spitfires were also on display at the air show, which commemorated the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Britain - one of the decisive battles of the Second World War.
The Spitfire took to the air as part of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.
Sir David Jason, a multi-award winning television actor, played the role of Del Boy in the long-running BBC comedy.
